Since CoachGates.com is a service-based platform, our “Shipping & Delivery” policy refers to the access, scheduling, and delivery of digital services such as 1:1 sessions, group bookings, and consultations with verified coaches. We do not ship any physical products.

 1. Nature of Services

All offerings on CoachGates.com are digitally delivered coaching services, booked in advance and conducted online through integrated video platforms.

Categories include:

Health & Wellness (e.g., mental health therapists, dieticians, yoga coaches)

Professional Development (e.g., executive, sales, career, communication coaches)

Personal Development (e.g., NLP, spiritual, law of attraction coaches)

 2. Service Scheduling & Confirmation

Users can schedule 1:1 or group sessions directly through the CoachGates platform.

After payment and successful booking, a confirmation email/SMS with session details and access links will be sent instantly.

All bookings are visible in your CoachGates dashboard, under “My Bookings.”

Immediate Access: For self-paced programs or pre-recorded sessions (if offered).

Scheduled Access: For live 1:1 or group sessions, users will join at the agreed-upon date and time.

We recommend checking your time zone and adding the session to your calendar.

4. Service Availability by Location

CoachGates services are globally accessible, provided users have:

A stable internet connection

A device with camera and microphone

Access to supported platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or in-app video)

Certain local regulations may restrict access to specific coaching categories (e.g., sex therapy in some countries).

5. Service Access Details

Upon successful booking:

A session link, calendar invite, and coach contact will be provided.

You may receive pre-session questionnaires or forms (optional, depending on coach).

In case of delays or missing session links, please contact support@coachgates.com.

6. Missed or Delayed Sessions

If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice (within 24 hours), it may be non-refundable.

In case of technical issues or emergency cancellations by the coach, we will reschedule or refund per our cancellation policy.

Double booking/payment

Coach no-show
